  • We offer vegetarian options. We have a gluten-friendly pasta option - chickpea flour, no wheat added - but we use the same equipment and kitchen to make it and cook it, so there is risk of cross contamination.

  • We make our pasta, sauces and focaccia daily in our Wānaka kitchen. Each batch is crafted by hand using traditional techniques, ensuring maximum flavour and texture.
